Meet Marcus
I started Live Oak after fifteen years building patios and outdoor kitchens for other people's companies. I got tired of watching homeowners get handed a price sheet instead of a plan, then left to figure out the rest on their own. I knew there was a better way to do this, so I built the company I wished those homeowners had been able to hire.
I am on every design and I walk every job. When something needs a decision in the field, it gets made by someone who was in the room when the plan was drawn.
We stay small on purpose. I know the grades, the drainage, and the reason behind every material choice on your project. When you hire us, you are dealing with me, not a call center and not a rotating cast of project managers. Your yard gets the same attention whether it is a courtyard fire feature or a full six-figure backyard build.
